5-Week Classes on Saturday afternoons, 3-4pm

Kristin has trained dogs since 1989

We are pleased to be able to provide puppy socialization and training classes at Ross Valley Vet Hospital in conjunction with Lund Dog Training.

Puppy training is widely recognized as a huge step in helping your puppy grow up to be a social, well behaved dog that's fun to spend time with.

What:

Beginning socialization and manners class for puppies between 10-20 weeks. We will give the puppies socializing time, practice puppy etiquette (how to have a winning personality at the dog park) and work on beginning commands such as Sit, Down, Wait, and Come. We teach using positive reinforcement techniques.

Where:

Ross Valley Vet Hospital, 190 Sir Francis Drake Blvd., San Anselmo

Must haves:

  • At least two sets of DHLPP shots are required.
  • Owner must bring shot records to the first class.

Cost:

$100.00 for 5 classes; sign up in advance by calling 415-246-4371

What to bring:

Puppies should wear a flat collar or harness (no choke chains or prong collars, please) and be leashed when entering the class. Bring small, easy to chew treats (rewards) that your dog enjoys.

When:

Classes are one hour, on Saturdays 3-4pm.

Kristin Lund (Lund Dog Training) has trained dogs since 1989. She trained dogs for Guide Dogs for the Blind, taught classes at the Marin Humane Society, and worked with over 600 private clients.
